golf & country club Henderson, Nevada, has a rich history that began in 1958 when the Founders Nine was opened. The course quickly gained a reputation for its traditional style and community feel, offering a more strategic approach to golf rather than flashy desert waterfalls and hazards. The Founders Nine, designed by Bob Baldock, was followed by the Horizon Nine in 1963, and the Desert Nine in 2002. The course's design included tree-lined fairways, small accuracy.
