The Course View collects minimal data to operate the site and improve your experience:
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve our site. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of content and online activity. We also use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and understand which pages are most useful. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data. For more information, visit Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you sign up for the weekly new courses email, we store your email address, the page you signed up from, and the dates you subscribed and confirmed. We use it for that weekly email and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the sending provider.
Signup is double opt-in: you get one confirmation email, and you are only added once you click the link in it. If you never click, we never email you again. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Emails are sent through Resend, a US-based provider, which processes your address on our behalf. Signing in to the site does not subscribe you to anything.
Account and preference data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). The site is hosted on Vercel. Both services have their own privacy policies and security practices.
You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us. If you are in California, the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with privacy rights, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

The Course View is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
