Mahia Golf Club

Mahia Golf Club is a humble throwback 9 hole links course that is routed through a low dune ridge. Located on the Mahia Peninsula between Poverty Bay and Hawke's Bay. The highlight (the longest hole on the course) and the 190-meter sixth (The Beacons) which is named for ship-locator beacons which were once placed in the high ground behind the green.
