Palmilla Beach Golf Club in Port Aransas, Texas was an Arnold Palmer Signature Course that originally opened as an 18 hole links-style layout winding through the coastal dunes and marshes of Mustang Island. Widely regarded as Texas' only true links-style course, it challenged golfers with firm fairways, native vegetation, and ever-changing Gulf winds. Hurricane Harvey later forced the course to be reconfigured into its current 9-hole layout, but the original Palmer design remains one of Texas' most unique golf experiences.
