The only golf course in the state of Michigan When we invited legendary course designer Tom Fazio to visit the property, he couldn't resist playing a role in developing Treetops Resort's golf courses. The Fazio Premier opened in 1992 and maintains a 4.5-star rating from Golf Digest. To this day, Premier is the only Fazio-designed golf course in the state of Michigan.
